Interview 75 years or older and read through for a good paper. I need 5 pages, do not include a title page.

A. The interviewee’s general background:
Introduction of person
1. Age 2. Place of birth 3. Language(s) spoken 4. Educational background 5. Occupational background 6. Marital status 7. Children/grandchildren
B. Celebrate the richness of life experience
Include an assessment of the elder’s life including accomplishments and satisfaction based on where your conversation leads you and your elder was willing to explore. (Sometimes people will say that they have not done anything significant, try to draw them out by talking about their childhood, family, jobs, volunteer activity, etc…)
1. Is there anything that your interviewee would have done differently? 2. What does the individual do to maintain their health in a holistic sense? 3. What does the individual find as rewards or challenges of aging? 4. What gives personal meaning in life? On what does the person draw for spiritual health? 5. Has the individual ever felt discrimination because of their age? 6. In what activities is the person currently engaged?
C. Evidence of student ability to communicate with respect and compassion for interview ability to report interview logically, clearly, and concisely
D. Spelling and grammar

Reminiscence Questions

The introduction of elder is complete. The description of the interviewee provides an excellent background of who this person is. The narrative is robust with evidence that you were able to engage the older adult in reminiscing. Evidence of excellent interviewing skills. Caring demonstrated by reflection about individual and their past life story and personal engagement in the interview. Story articulated clearly, following a logical flow. Face page as per APA 6th ed. Excellent use of relevant and effective headings in organization and development of interview content; excellent fit between heading word choice and content, headings capture and accurately reflect the content.
