After reading the assigned chapters, do some of your own research into the causes of interpersonal conflict and conflict resolution, write about your understanding of conflict and your opinions on important strategies for improving relationships and communication by answering the below questions in Activity Details section.
Deliverables
An APA style document, a minimum of 500 words in length, on conflict and conflict management. Both a title page and a reference page are required.

Perform the following tasks:
Step 1: Assignment Criteria.
Using information from this week’s reading, web sites and additional research, what do you feel are the most important strategies for improving relationships and communication? What is your bottom line about resolving conflict?
Step 2: Reflect and Write.
Reflect on your thoughts on this topic and draft your document in response to the questions above in Step 1.
Step 3: Review and Proof.
Proof read your paper for APA style, grammar, spelling and sentence flow.
